Before Treatment
Your journey begins with a consultation at Viva Medspa & Wellness. We’ll evaluate your dental condition and discuss your goals to determine if Invisalign® is right for you. If you’re a good candidate, we’ll take digital photos of your teeth to design your custom treatment plan.
During Treatment
You’ll receive a series of custom-made aligners. Each set should be worn for about two weeks, only being taken out to eat, drink, brush, and floss. Regular check-ups every 6-8 weeks will ensure your treatment is progressing as planned.
After Treatment
Once your Invisalign® treatment is finished, you’ll need to wear retainers as directed to maintain your new smile. With proper maintenance, your results can last a lifetime.

Ideally, you should wear aligners for 20-22 hours a day, taking them out only to eat, drink, brush, and floss.
Your food and drink choices are up to you. If you eat or drink anything other than water, take your aligners out first and brush your teeth afterward.
Invisalign® is appropriate for most teenagers and adults. However, it’s not typically recommended for young children with still developing teeth.
